Receptionist/Business Administrator 

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Business Administrator to join our Colchester-based telecoms company. The role is part-time (3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am – 4pm) and you must have intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills. Previous experience of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint an advantage.

The Job Description 
First point of contact to meet and greet our clients 
Answer all incoming calls politely and informatively 
Process supplier invoices in relation to our distribution companies, sub-contractors etc. 
Input sales & purchase invoices on to our accounting software 
Maintain sales order book & purchase ledger 
Co-ordinate sorting, storage and filing of client contracts 
Booking travel and managing diaries

New Business Development Executive 

Turnkey Telecom Group are seeking a new business development executive to join our growing team.  
 
New Business Development Executive Role: 
Acquire a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within 
Play an integral role as part of the rapidly growing New Business team 
Introduce the company and its services to key business stakeholders, booking new business appointments 
Manage existing relationships with stakeholders 
Support on bid management 
Perform regular customer outreach – undertaking research, using social channels, and calling through to influencing parties within accounts 
 
New Business Development Exexcutive Attributes 
Experience within the Telecoms industry selling Lines & Calls, On Premise Telephone Systems, Hosted Telephony, Leased Line, and IP Telephony 
Strong experience selling Business to Business. 
A proven track record of achieving new business targets 
Able to network effectively, spot opportunities, close deals, and be strong enough to effectively manage the after-sales process and build internal and external relationships to maximize results for the company. 
Self-motivated and target driven. 
A smart and professional appearance with excellent time keeping. 
A good team player with a flexible approach. 
Be motivated and passionate to succeed. 
 
New Business Development Executive Package: 
A competitive basic salary of £27.5k rising to £30k after 3 months 
£50k + OTE
