Guildford’s new Customer Experience Centre
Avaya’s newest Customer Experience Centre (CEC) situated in Guildford.
Focusing on the communication and collaboration technologies, the CEC is ‘a blank canvas for innovation’, according to the vendor.
The CEC expands AVAYA’s existing innovation centres which can be found in Dublin, Galway and Leeds Beckett University. The new Centre was built with the help of Avaya’s partners.
The main focus of the CEC is the Contact centre and the team engagement solutions, the emphasis on AI, cloud and communications technologies. There are many other parts of the show, a few examples being real-time language translation, real time speech analytics and back office integration.
