Avaya announce an expansion of the A.I Connect ecosystem with all new partners and partner offers. These offers include more focus on new Artificial Intelligence capabilities into its Unified Comms solutions.
Knowmail and Over.ai are the new Connect partners said to have the ability to suit the overall Unified Comms and collaboration strategies AVAYA hold. They will be joining the ecosystem of companies collaborating on the use of AI technologies.
Avaya’s plan for AI in Unified Comms, includes strengthening the productivity of the workforce. The plan Enables employees to face massive amounts of content (e-mails, IM, messages etc.) to be dealt with, in reference to importance. There will be channels for communication between work groups enabling a “best choice first” system. This strategy offers simplified services such as voice activation, and provides personalised visibility to allow completion of relevant data sets that are often difficult to find.
