Polycom, part of Plantronics – has announced the availability of its updated line of VVX Series Business IP Phones. This offers service provide partners a balance between affordability and features. Leading ITSPs 8×8 and thevoicefactory have certified the VVX x50 line and it is now on offer to customers.

As well as the new VVX phone series, Polycom Device Management Service for Service Providers (PDSM-SP) is also available. This cloud service simplifies provisioning, management and troubleshooting for service providers by integrating extensive capabilities into their processes and dashboards.
The new models include the VVX 150, VVX 250, VVX 350, and VVX 450 Business IP Phones. These models feature Polycoms best audio quality, modern design, easy use options and USB and Gig-E ports. These phones are able to meet the budget and communication needs of any business, whilst being simple to upgrade throughout their lifecycle. All four phones support the industries wide range of Open SIP software features and work with over 60 call control platforms worldwide.
Along with the VVX x50 Series, Polycom is now verifying service providers for new cloud service PDMS-SP. This allows service providers to include Polycom audio device management and analytics to their customer portal experience. PDMS-SP keeps problems from occurring while reducing costs and giving increased customer satisfaction.
